1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how Roshsur Enterprise LLC (DBA Udexion) (“Udexion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use udexion.com and related applications (the “Service”). The Service is designed for users located in the United States and is not intended for users located outside the United States.
1A. What We Do Not Collect
Udexion is an exam-preparation product, not a state-certified driver education course. Unlike some competitors who administer state-approved courses and report completions directly to licensing authorities, we do not require or collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, state identification numbers, race or ethnicity, or gender identity information. We collect only what our adaptive learning engine and account systems need: email, date of birth, state, parent/guardian email (where applicable), and learning progress data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
Account information: email address, password (stored hashed, never in plaintext).
Date of birth: used for age verification and to route users under 18 through the parent/guardian consent flow.
State of residence: used to serve the correct state-specific exam content.
Parent or guardian email address: collected only when the account holder is a minor, for consent and account-recovery purposes.
Payment information: processed directly by our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). Udexion does not receive or store full card numbers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage and learning data: which questions your answer, response accuracy, time spent, topics mastered, or struggled with. This is the core data our adaptive engine uses to personalize your study path.
Device and log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and access timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. See Section 8.
3. How We Use Information
To operate the adaptive learning engine, determine what you already know, identify prerequisite gaps, and personalize your study path.
To create and secure your account, including age-based routing to parent/guardian consent where applicable.
To process payments and manage purchases, tier access, and refund/guarantee claims.
To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and material changes to our policies.
To maintain the security and integrity of the Service, including detecting fraudulent Exam Pass Guarantee claims.
To improve our content and adaptive models in aggregate or de-identified form.
We do not use learning data or account information collected from minors to serve targeted or behavioral advertising.
We may deidentify or aggregate information such that it can no longer reasonably be linked to you, and we may use such deidentified information for any purpose, including improving our adaptive learning models. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except to verify that our de-identification process meets legal requirements.
4. Minors' Information
The Service is used by minors under 18 as part of its core intended audience (state permit exam preparation), and the minimum age to create an account is 13. We may collect a limited set of information relevant to minors, date of birth, state, and a parent/guardian email, as part of the account profile, and do not collect optional fields (phone, address, etc.) from any user.
If you are 13-17, your use of the Service relies on your representation that a parent or guardian has reviewed our Terms and Conditions and agreed to them on your behalf, consistent with our Terms and Conditions. This is a representation-based model (you and, where applicable, your parent/guardian confirm agreement by using the Service) rather than a separate, actively-confirmed parental consent step.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account or provided personal information, we will delete the account and remove the personal information.
Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, request deletion of, or restrict further collection of their minor's information, using the contact details in Section 11.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:
Service providers: payment processing, hosting, email delivery, and analytics vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Legal requirements: where required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Udexion or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection under a policy at least as protective as this one.
6. Data Retention
We retain account and learning data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is deleted 90 days after the account closure request; payment records are retained per financial recordkeeping requirements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may access, update, or request deletion of your account information by contacting us.
Parents/guardians of minor account holders may exercise these rights on the minor's behalf.
7A. California Residents
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, with respect to personal information we have collected about you, including the right to:
Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, and the purposes for collection;
Delete personal information we maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions;
Correct inaccurate personal information;
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We may need to verify your identity (or, for a minor account, the identity of the parent/guardian) before completing a request.
7B. Residents of Other U.S. States
If you reside in a state with a comprehensive privacy law (for example, as Udexion expands beyond Florida), you may have some or all of the following rights, subject to that state's specific requirements and exceptions: the right to confirm and access personal information we hold about you, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccuracies, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 11.
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session persistence, and basic product analytics, including through third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including password hashing and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email on file or a notice on the Service before taking effect.
