1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of services on Udexion.com, what is refundable, and the conditions under which refunds are issued. This Policy is incorporated into, and should be read alongside, our Terms and Conditions.
2. Complete Tier, Standard Refund Window
Purchasers of the Complete tier are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 30 days of purchase, provided the course has not been completed (defined as: all diagnostic and mastery-check assessments finished). Refunds outside this 30-day window, or after course completion, are not available for the Complete tier.
This is a standard refund tied to completion, not to examination outcome.
3. Complete-Plus Tier, Exam Pass Guarantee
Purchasers of the Complete-Plus tier are additionally eligible for a refund under the Exam Pass Guarantee described below. This is the only Udexion product feature tied to the actual examination outcome, and it is available only on Complete-Plus purchases, not Complete.
3.1 Guarantee Conditions
To be eligible for a refund under the Exam Pass Guarantee, all of the following must be true:
Course completion: the user must complete at least 90% of the adaptive course, including all diagnostic and mastery-check assessments, as tracked by our system.
Exam attempt window: the user must sit for the official state permit knowledge exam within 30 days of completing the course.
Proof of outcome: the user must submit documented proof of a failing result issued by the state testing authority, e.g., an official test result printout, confirmation number, or equivalent document from FLHSMV or the relevant state agency within 14 days of the failed attempt.
Claim filing: the refund claim, with proof attached, must be submitted through email within 60 days of the original purchase date.
One claim per purchase: only one Exam Pass Guarantee claim may be made per course purchase, regardless of the number of exam attempts.
3.2 What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
Failure to complete the required course content or assessments before the exam attempt.
Exam attempts taken outside the eligibility window.
Failure due to reasons unrelated to knowledge-test performance (e.g., missed appointment, identification issues, disqualification for conduct at the testing center).
Any claim submitted with incomplete, altered, or unverifiable proof of outcome.
3.3 Verification and Fraud
Udexion reserves the right to verify submitted proof of examination outcome, request additional documentation, and deny claims where proof cannot be reasonably verified. Submitting falsified or altered documentation to obtain a refund is a material violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination and denial of the claim.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued in the original purchase amount; promotional discounts applied at purchase are not separately reimbursed.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Purchases outside any applicable refund window described above.
Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms and Conditions.
Change of mind after substantial course access (Complete tier) or after the claim window has closed (Complete-Plus tier).
6. State-Specific Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable state consumer protection law.
